By creating a Kyro account or using our website and app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kyro.
Kyro helps you capture thoughts, break down goals, reflect in your journal, and manage reminders. Additional features — including AI daily planning and calendar sync — may roll out over time, with Pro subscribers receiving early access when we tier them. AI suggestions are informational — you remain responsible for your commitments and calendar.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Launch period: Kyro is currently free to use with 100 AI credits per month per account. No payment is required during this period. Paid subscription plans will be announced before any charges apply.
When paid plans launch, Free accounts will receive a monthly AI credit allowance. Pro Early Access is planned as a promotional tier at $8.90/month or $78.90/year (standard pricing $14/month or $120/year when announced). Pro is expected to include expanded AI credits and early access to new features — including daily planning, Google Calendar sync, and calendar view when available.
Price lock: monthly Early Access subscribers keep the promotional rate for 12 months from first paid charge; annual Early Access subscribers keep it for 3 years. After the lock period, we may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Pro subscribers may receive access to new product features before Free users when we choose to tier them. Features may change as Kyro evolves during early access. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle and may include a trial period as shown at checkout. You can cancel via the billing portal linked in Settings. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed by Paddle unless required otherwise by law.

Kyro is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Kyro at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose abuse or security risks.
